EU Shipping Update
Due to the new EU packaging regulations (PPWR/EPR), we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause shipping to EU countries outside Croatia.
As a small handmade business, the new requirements for cross-border shipping are unfortunately not something we can fully implement at the moment.
This is temporary. We're currently looking into the available options and hoping to resume EU shipping as soon as we find a solution that works for a business of our size.
Shipping within Croatia continues as usual.
If you're outside Croatia and have any questions about an order or a specific piece, feel free to contact us at any time through instagram and we can talk to sort it somehow.

Shipping within Croatia
Most of our pieces are handmade and made to order, so please allow approximately 2–6 weeks for your order to be ready for dispatch.
Production time varies depending on the piece. You can find the estimated production time for each item in its product description.
Delivery
We ship throughout Zagreb and the rest of Croatia via BOX NOW.
If you prefer a different courier, please contact us before placing your order through our contact form or send us a DM on Instagram: @darcraft666, and we'll be happy to arrange an alternative whenever possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the corresponding shipping information.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
If you need to request a return, exchange or size adjustment, or if there is a defect, missing item or any other problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form or via DM on Instagram: @darcraft666

International Shipping
We currently ship to:
United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size and weight of your order.
Processing Time
Most Darcraft pieces are handmade and many are made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the piece and current order volume. Please check the individual product description for the estimated production time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information whenever tracking is available.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or local carrier.
Unless taxes or duties are explicitly shown and collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Darcraft has no control over customs charges or local import requirements, and we cannot predict the amount that may be charged. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
If payment of customs duties, taxes or handling fees is required before delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to complete the payment.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or local delivery services.
Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unpaid customs/import charges, or because the package was not collected, additional shipping costs for resending the order will be the customer's responsibility.
