Shipping policy

Processing time

All items are carefully handmade and/or assembled in our studio. Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, if that’s the case, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping methods and delivery times

We ship from Zagreb, Croatia via Croatian Post (Hrvatska Pošta), BoxNow, Tisak, using standard tracked shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

• Croatia: 2–7 business days

• European Union: 6–12 business days

Please note these are estimated times and can vary due to customs or postal delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.

Customs & import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Local pickup (Zagreb only)

We offer free local pickup in Zagreb, either at our home studio in Šimunčevečka cesta 44 or at a public location in the city center.
This option is available by prior arrangement only, please contact us via Instagram (@darcraft666) before placing your order so we can coordinate details.
We do not offer in-person shopping at this time.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can reship it, but the buyer will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
