Each order is prepared with care. Please allow 2–4 business days before shipment. Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer, if so, you'll be notified.

❖ Where We Ship

Currently, we offer shipping to:

-Croatia

-European Union countries

We are not yet offering worldwide shipping but we’re working on it. If you’re outside the EU and truly wish to place an order, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what can be done.

❖ Estimated Delivery Times

-Croatia: 2–7 business days

-EU countries: 6–12 business days

Please note: delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your local postal service or customs delays.

-Why haven't I received my package yet?:

📦 YOUR ORDER MAY BE TEMPORARILY HELD AT CUSTOMS for routine checks. Once the inspection is complete, it will continue its journey.
In some cases, customs delays can last up to 5 WEEKS.

❖ Tracking

All packages come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

❖ Local Pickup (Zagreb only)

We offer free local pickup in Zagreb, either at our home studio in Šimunčevečka cesta 44 or at a public location in the city center.
This option is available by prior arrangement only, please contact us via Instagram (@darcraft666) before placing your order so we can coordinate details.
We do not offer in-person shopping at this time.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
